Editor

Editors check shopper reports for spelling, grammatical and typographical errors to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Must Haves:

  • Excellent writing skills
  • A thorough command of spelling and rules of grammar
  • The ability to distinguish subtle distinctions of service
  • The ability to see the big picture and find contradictions and errors of omission
  • The ability to follow written directions meticulously
  • Must have a dedicated home office with a computer, Internet connection (DSL or broadband only), fax and printer
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Windows Explorer and Outlook, Outlook Express or Eudora
Editor

Schedulers locate shoppers to visit our clients’ locations. It is one of the most important positions at AboutFace™ and requires a special person to handle all the details involved.

Candidates must complete the Editor orientation in order to become familiar with how the system flows.

Must Haves:

  • Possess the competencies and requirements listed under Editor above (must have Outlook, not Outlook Express)
  • Have Microsoft Excel (2003 or higher) and be proficient in its use
  • Work well with shoppers, editors, project managers and executive staff – must be able to motivate people to work for and with you to complete projects
  • Must have a flexible schedule
