Executive
Paige Hall, President and CEO of AboutFace, graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.A. in Training and Development from Georgia State University. Before founding AboutFace in 1995 (formerly The Secret Shopper Company), she started Boar's Head Provision Company's secret shopping program and was Director of Training for the Hartsfield-Atlanta Airport's parking operation. Hall is a popular public speaker who is often called upon to share her expertise in the employee development and training and mystery shopping fields.
Business Development
Sheryl Morgan, Executive Assistant to the President, graduated from Auburn University with a B.S. in Vocational Business Education. She worked in the education and legal fields and was chosen as Advisor of the Year in 1989 by Georgia Future Business Leaders of America. In addition, she worked on the committee to develop the test given to business teachers in the state of Georgia.
Anita Govender, Business Development Assistant, wears many hats. Her primary responsibility is maintenance of the client data portion of our CRM site where she performs updates and manages data integrity. Govender cheerfully assists with account development as well as part-time reception duties, responding to clients and shoppers either telephonically or on the web via live chat. Her past experience in customer service ranges from insurance to manufacturing.
Performance Development
Terena Campagna, Chief Learning Officer, leads AboutFace Performance Development, the sister company to AboutFace. The organization specializes in crafting custom performance improvement solutions that will impact our clients' frontline, management and leadership teams. Campagna has been developing organizational leadership at all levels for over 10 years. She also has extensive experience in management effectiveness, high-performance team intervention, talent engagement, and change implementation. Previous to her current position, Campagna helped decentralize and transform the Georgia Department of Labor's workforce development strategy. Her leadership in the successful implementation of an enterprise-wide Learning Management System integrated the agency's development and performance management processes. Campagna's contribution to state government set new standards for departments striving to become world-class learning organizations. Her educational background includes a B.S. in Organizational Communication from Kennesaw State University, and an M.A. in Training & Development from Roosevelt University. She is a graduate of the University of Georgia's Executive Leadership Program, and has served as a board member on the KSU Communication Advisory Council for 3 consecutive years.
Deborah Coburn, Vice President of Program Development, collaborates with clients and staff members during the developmental phase of projects to ensure all deadlines are met and shopping begins on time. Before joining the AboutFace team, Coburn operated her own services business and worked in the education and legal fields. She earned a B.S. degree in Secondary Education from Freed-Hardeman University and an M.S. in Human Resources Management from Troy University.
Jessica Hanson, Learning Management Director, oversees the e-learning system for AboutFace. She is integral in talent management as well as writing curriculum for internal teams. Jessica received her BS in secondary teaching and is currently persuing her Masters in Education.
Kathy Hall, Director of Human Resources, spent 18 years in the human resources field, working with some of the country's top companies, including Equifax Services and Rhodes Furniture Company. Her experience extends to the automotive industry as well, and she was one of the few female general managers in the country. She founded her own company, which rented and sold wheelchair accessible vans, and she earned the contract for the 1996 Olympic Games in Atlanta. Her duties include, among other things, making sure the company is compliant with all local, state and federal employment laws.
Information Systems
Angie Hullett, Vice President of Information Systems, joined AboutFace™ in 2006. She oversees all of the information systems, web sites and technological assets of AboutFace™ . After graduating from Huntingdon College with a Bachelor's degree, she worked in Records Management and Database Administration at CH2M Hill, an environmental engineering company. In 1997, Hullett joined the staff of Montgomery Water Works & Sanitary Sewer Board as a Database/Web Administrator. In that position, she worked with all areas of the utility's operation, developing proprietary information systems, administering an Enterprise Asset Management System and maintaining all of the organization’s web sites.
Amy Darnell, System Administrator, joined the AboutFace™ team in January 2006. She works with Angie Hullett to insure the day-to-day technology needs and demands are fulfilled. Darnell has worked in Estate Planning and Taxation, customer service/retail, the restaurant industry and attended Michigan State University.
Tamara Shermer, Systems Development Coordinator, joined the AboutFace™ team in March 2004. Before joining the company, she was a Branch Manager for a rental car company and spent many years in the Broadcasting Industry. As Systems Development Coordinator, she assists Angie Hullett in supporting the multiple information systems on which the employees, independent contractors, clients and customers of AboutFace™ rely. Shermer has held various positions within AboutFace™ including Quality Control and Project Management.
Finance
Annette Lindler, Vice President of Finance, came to AboutFace™ after a career in senior management in a manufacturing plant environment. She earned a B.S. degree in Finance from Northern Illinois University and an MBA in Operations from Illinois Institute of Technology. Lindler is responsible for AboutFace™ financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and shopper and staff payroll.

Logistics
Kelly Pecot, Team Director, came to AboutFace™ in April 2003. She started with the company as an editor/scheduler in 2006 moved up to the director role. She is responsible for the day to day operations with scheduling and ensuring that client needs are met within that department. .
