After clicking the linked icon in the email signature people are presented with a single web page that enables them to provide instant feedback on their experience.

The benefit is that people focus in on achieving high ratings, and organizations thrive when implementing a performance metric that works for everyone.

How are the results reported?

Each time a survey is submitted through Rate My Service™, it is automatically validated, and the results of individual surveys roll up to monthly reports. Each employee, manager, or both can receive individual surveys on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. Additionally, aggregate performance reports can be delivered to any participant at the end of each month.

With our Service Excellence Report you can review current feedback and attention areas in easy-to-read, color-coded graphics.

The Rate My Service™ program offers a plethora of reporting features to help managers at every level understand the information directly provided by customers and employees.

Additionally, you can see the employee rank (out of all employees) for the current feedback. This is a great tool to see how employees are being evaluated by peers and customers.

How do I get started?

Implementing the AboutFace Rate My Service™ program is as easy as 1-2-3. Our Subject Matter Experts work with you every step of the way.

  1. DESIGN SURVEY: Our Subject Matter Experts work with you to design three custom questions for customers/other employees to rate an employee.
  2. CREATE ACCOUNTABILITY: You'll designate individuals and areas that show the appropriate trend of accountability in your organization. For example:

    3. DIVISION: Home Furnishings

  3. SELECT PLACEMENT: Our team will collaborate with you on the proper placement of Rate My ServiceŠ, usually in multiple, easy to access touch points which include email signatures, business cards, printed receipts and more.
