| Use one of the following methods to report any issues that may arise: |

Live Support: Click on the Live Support link, available on the AboutFace™ homepage (www.aboutfacecorp.com), on the Client Login page or by logging in to your project site. |

Clients with Access to Prophet: |

| a. |
Log in to Prophet.
|
| b. |
Locate and copy your Project Manager’s e-mail address (located on the News). |
| c. |
Now locate the shop you have a question about online, click on the
E-PDF feature on the upper right corner. |
| d. |
Paste the Project Manager’s e-mail address in the ‘To’ box. |
| e. |
Add your own e-mail address in the “To” or "CC" box (always copy yourself as a reminder). |
| f. |
Type your question in the ‘Message’ box. |
| g. |
Now click on “Send.” |

| 3. |
Small Business Customers (without access to Prophet):
Log in to your small business account portal and click on the link “Report an Issue.” Fill in the form to ask your question and attach the mystery shop you have a question about. |
