What We Do AboutFace™ offers a variety of services including Secret Shopping On-Demand™, Advanced Customer Experience Strategy (ACES)™, Service Recovery Index™, and ARCHIE™. Core mystery shopping services include sales and service programs, loss prevention, price comparison, competitive differentiation, telephone, call center, website and fulfillment evaluation services, as well as compliance and regulatory audits. Within marketing research, AboutFace™ performs surveys (IVR, IWR, and full-loop feedback), phone, web/remote and in-person interviews, focus groups, as well as a full array of analysis and management summaries.

Nature of Work AboutFace™ is seeking a Client Services Manager based in Georgia. This position reports directly to the Director of Operations and is responsible for growing current business for AboutFace™. This role is responsible for establishing and maintaining positive and productive client relations with duties that assure the quality of a high volume of intricate details, contract management, improving top line and bottom line growth of accounts, negotiating contracts so renewals happen smoothly, and working with many team members to execute on clients' needs. Follow through of details is imperative as well as the communication of mutual expectations with the client.

OBJECTIVE of POSITION

Build relationships, educate, collaborate, and problem solve with clients and AboutFace™ staff to assure contracts are fulfilled to high operational quality measures and top line and bottom line revenue projections.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Creates "trusted advisor" relationship with clients
  • Reviews and holds clients accountable for meeting or exceeding contract requirements
  • Assures the successful completion of secret shopping projects by working in collaboration with the logistics and quality control teams to fulfill timely delivery
  • Cultivates opportunities for growth within accounts
  • Renews accounts according to 4 key objectives that come with bonus opportunities
  • Keenly reviews client statistics of all measurement programs in order to assure clients are capitalizing strengths and improving weaknesses
  • Manages client issues to resolution and to meet R and R standards
  • Must be able to function and excel in a rapid fire, high detail environment

Requirements of Position

  • Fully functional and professional home office environment (AboutFace™ does not supply equipment) to work within flex-time
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and web-based applications, like instant message, CRM system, etc.
  • Ability to maintain own PC and/or laptop, including installing, configuring and troubleshooting required applications
  • Travel as necessary
  • Broad functional experience and documented accomplishments in the following areas: sales, project management, and negotiations in a professional services - B2B environment
  • Within driving distance of the Atlanta

Required Education and Experience

Must have at least one of the following skill sets in your past work history: mystery shopping management (for an MS company, not as a shopper), performance management or marketing research management (for a MR company, not as a respondent). And applicants much have two + year's client services experience (in a professional services or customized solution job role) with a verifiable, accomplished background.

Pay Range
Base commensurate with experience + performance measures bonus + client renewal bonus
