CLASSIFICATION: Client Services Managers
DESCRIPTION: Individuals in this role develop a close working relationship with their clients to assure satisfaction and troubleshoot problem areas. They also collaborate with other AboutFace™ staff members to ensure shops are completed accurately and on time.
REQUIREMENTS: Client Services Manager must-haves include:
- Critical understanding of how to improve performance from a behavioral, training, coaching, management and promotional perspective
- Talent and passion for people
- High level of business acumen
- Broad functional documented experience and accomplishments in your area of practice
- Strategic planning capabilities
- Exemplary face-to-face interpersonal and communication skills, as well as professional, well-kept image
- Excellent writing and formatting skills
- Independent problem analysis and resolution
- Quick and adaptive learning skills
- Perpetual learner - love of learning and natural curiosity about life
- Demonstrated organizational and project management skills a MUST, especially prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Fully functional, professional, private home office environment (AboutFace™ does not supply equipment like laptops and cell phones)
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, webcasting and web-based applications
- Ability to maintain own PC and/or laptop, including installing, configuring and troubleshooting required applications
- Travel as necessary
