Operations
Dr. Rachel Stansel, Director of Operations, leads the AboutFace™ Logistics and Quality Control departments and serves a liaison between the Operations and Client Services teams. Stansel joined AboutFace™ in 2007 as a member of the Quality Control team and quickly rose through the ranks to oversee and direct the implementation of order distribution while ensuring top quality control standards are maintained. With a Ph.D. in the sciences, she is able to systematically evaluate and eliminate potential "dissatisfiers" to assure client expectations are not just met but consistently exceeded.
Information Systems
Angie Hullett, Vice President of Information Systems, joined AboutFace™ in 2006. She oversees all of the company's information systems, web sites and technological assets. After graduating from Huntingdon College with a Bachelor's degree, she worked in Records Management and Database Administration at CH2M Hill, an environmental engineering company. In 1997, Hullett joined the staff of Montgomery Water Works & Sanitary Sewer Board as a Database/Web Administrator. In that position, she worked with all areas of the utility's operation, developing proprietary information systems, administering an Enterprise Asset Management System and maintaining all of the organization's web sites.
Marketing/Public Relations
Leigh Trapp, an AboutFace™ executive partner, heads up the Marketing and Public Relations Department. With over 24 years of experience in the fields of broadcasting, advertising and marketing, Trapp brings her expertise to direct AboutFace's marketing program and serves as a consultant for the company's numerous new media projects.
In the 1980s and early '90s, Trapp served as general manager for a variety of radio stations across the Southeast. As the youngest female general manager in the US, she became a specialist in starting up new stations and in turning around stations in economic crisis.
