Do's and Don'ts

 

DO…

1.       Communicate with the scheduling department if you are have any problems

2.       Create appropriate scenarios enabling the associate to fulfill all categories being evaluated 

3.       Be fair, diplomatic and objective in your commentary

4.       Get names and other required information such as receipts or business cards

5.       Ensure all questions can be answered

6.       Write clearly and in COMPLETE sentences

7.       Use a Thesaurus to come up with descriptive words to describe your situation 

8.       Be descriptive in your comments.  More information is always better than less

9.       Make sure your scores match the commentary

10.   Meet your deadline!  People are here behind this technology and they are depending on you

DON’T…

1.       Fail to call within 24 hours following your shop if you have run into problems

2.       Type your report in all CAPS.  If done, we will assess a $5 penalty to your shop

3.       Don’t plop out your scenario like a script, it should come out as pulled out by the associate

4.       Neglect to get the associate’s name and/or documentation of your shop

5.       Be afraid to ask questions about your shop

6.       RUSH!  Your rank and fee will be impacted

7.       Forget to update your shopper profile (address, phone, e-mail, etc)

8.       Expect to be paid for a shop not meeting our standards or requirements 

9.       Be harsh, negative or overly critical in your comments

10.   Fail to meet your deadlines
